The 'Quake' table, as the name suggests, captures the energy of a moment the between balance and unbalanced. Like toppling cards, the table base seems frozen in time. The asymmetrically cut, glass slabs of 'Quake' highlight the object's casual and simple silhouette. Shaken but not toppled, 'Quake' is a metaphor for the visual remains of a tremor with function of furniture.
